About Us

When things are handled properly,

life feels lighter.

Taken Care Of was born out of a simple idea: when your life is under control, you achieve more. Being “taken care of” isn’t about extravagance or outsourcing everything — it’s about knowing the important details are managed thoughtfully, discreetly, and without constant follow-up. It's knowing you and your family are eating right despite your busy schedule. It’s the quiet confidence that comes from having someone reliable in your corner, anticipating needs and handling them with care.

That feeling is what we aim to provide.

How This Started

Long before Taken Care Of had a name, Alex Lopukhin was already doing this work.

"I was the person people relied on when things needed to be organized, smoothed out, handled correctly, or simply finished. The one trusted with sensitive details, tight timelines, and situations where judgment mattered just as much as execution. The one called to help with special events and meal questions. Over time, it became clear that what felt natural to me was deeply valuable to others."

Taken Care Of grew out of that realization — and out of a desire to offer support that is calm, competent, and genuinely helpful.

    How I Work

My approach is straightforward: pay attention, follow through, and take ownership.

Whether I’m managing your business' administrative details, supporting the day-to-day rhythms

of your life, or suggesting a menu, I work from a place of clarity and intention. I take the

time to understand your priorities, your standards, and the outcome you’re looking for — then

I take it from there.

I think a few steps ahead, anticipate what could become an issue before it does, and handle

details in a way that minimizes disruption to your time and energy. Across all areas of my work,

the goal is the same: to create ease, consistency, and trust.

Clients often tell me that once something is in my hands, they stop worrying about it. That’s

intentional.

What I Take Seriously

Trust is at the center of everything I do.

I take confidentiality seriously in every aspect of my work — whether I’m handling administrative matters, supporting personal and household needs, or providing healthy, home-cooked meals. I respect people’s time, privacy, and boundaries, and I understand the trust involved in being granted access to both professional and personal spaces.

To me, reliability isn’t just about showing up. It’s about doing things properly, communicating clearly, and handling every detail with discretion and care.

If I say something will be handled, it is.

Who I Work With

Taken Care Of is best suited for individuals, entrepreneurs, and families who

value competence, clarity, and thoughtful support. My clients are often busy and discerning people, managing a full professional and personal life — and want things handled well without having to oversee every step themselves. â€‹Whether the work is administrative, lifestyle-focused, or culinary in nature, they appreciate someone who understands nuance, can be trusted with

responsibility, and doesn’t require constant direction.

The goal is simple: your life runs smoother when there are fewer loose ends and a lighter mental load.
